Selling a house worth keeping
A good house deserves to be understood before it is sold. Our work begins long before the listing goes live — in the light of a particular afternoon, in the history of the garden, in the reasons you chose the place to begin with. What follows is unhurried by design.

We come and look
We visit in person, often more than once, in different weather. We want to understand the house as it actually is — its proportions, its faults, the hour the sun reaches the kitchen. From this we agree an honest figure and a plan, with no pressure to instruct on the day.

We make the record
Photography in natural light, a written account that tells the truth, floor plans that are accurate to the inch. We describe what a house is and, where it matters, what it is not. Nothing is staged into something it isn’t.

We find the few who matter
We do not broadcast. We bring your house to a considered list of buyers and to the small audience that follows our work, then accompany every viewing ourselves. You will never hand your keys to someone who has not stood in the rooms first.

We see it through
From offer to completion we stay close — managing solicitors, surveyors and the inevitable small crises with steadiness. A sale is a long road, and we walk all of it with you.
